Capability Scotland

Our Initial contract with Banner (started as Supplies Team) commenced in 2014. We were previously using in excess of seven different suppliers ranging from National suppliers to local shops. We incorporated all spend from all the suppliers used by our organisation to provide the below categories. Banner was successful at securing strong savings on product and soft cost on service efficiency, working with our organisation to deliver a fully integrated e-procurement platform with tiered approval process and consolidated monthly invoicing.

• Stationery
• Catering
• Chemicals (Diversey and 2work offerings)
• Cleaning
• Protective Equipment PPE
• Wash room supplies

We also use Banner to provide us with other additional products that is not incorporated into our existing contract including;

• Premises and maintenance
• Furniture
• Technology

The team at Banner have always been there to support us through some complex projects such as a large programme of office moves. This programme is still under way and we value their continued support and service.

I now make Banner my first point of call for the majority of products our organisation may need. This has ranged from the usual office suppliers and inks and toners to the more unusual such as a Pool Table and X Box One.

They offer highly competitive prices with a service that truly surpasses anything we have had in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Should you wish to discuss any parts of the contract we have with them in more detail or discuss our experiences in rolling this out across all 30 of our sites then please do not hesitate to contact me.
